Benjamin Berell Ferencz, né le 11 mars 1920 à Csolt dans le comitat de Szatmár (région du Royaume de Hongrie), près de la Transylvanie et mort le 7 avril 2023 à Boynton Beach (Floride, États-Unis), était un avocat états-unien.
