María Concepción Alonso Bustillo (née le 29 juin 1957), plus connue sous le nom de María Conchita Alonso, est une actrice, chanteuse, compositrice, ancienne reine de beauté et philanthrope vénézuélienne d'origine cubaine. Tout au long de sa carrière, elle a participé à de nombreuses productions cinématographiques et télévisuelles, et a été nominée pour l'Independent Spirit Award de la meilleure actrice en 1996 pour son rôle dans Caught. En tant que chanteuse, elle a reçu plusieurs disques d'or et de platine, et a été nominée trois fois aux Grammy Awards. Alonso a été la première actrice latino-américaine non née aux États-Unis à jouer dans une comédie musicale à Broadway, Kiss of the Spider Woman, au Broadhurst Theater en 1995.
