Tout va mal pour nos deux héros. S’il ne veut pas finir en prison, Jack le flic, doit trouver rapidement le dangereux malfrat Iceman. Quant à Reggie, le voyou, il finit un séjour derrière les barreaux. Et Iceman a mis sa tête à prix.
