Miyako est vendeuse commerciale pour une compagnie d'assurance-vie. Lorsqu'elle rencontre Mitsuru Fujiwara pour lui faire signer un contrat, elle en tombe imperceptiblement amoureuse. En réalité, un parasite est en Mitsuru et stimule ses hormones sexuelles pour attirer Miyako et pour qu'elle l'embrasse afin qu'il puisse pondre ses oeufs à l'intérieur du corps de la jeune femme...
