Lorsque Tsui Tung Kwai, un jeune Hongkongais qui essaie de faire des films en Amérique, apprend que son père est décédé et lui a laissé la moitié de sa fortune. Il retourne à Hong Kong. À son arrivée, il apprend que l'argent vient avec la condition qu'il doit évoluer dans l'entreprise pendant 6 mois sans avoir de problèmes. À son insu, son demi-frère a embauché les 3 plus mauvais gestionnaires de la société pour tenter de le faire tomber.
