A la suite du décès de sa mère, Katrine emménage dans une cité universitaire et fait la connaissance des autres étudiants qui habitent les lieux, mais se retrouve rapidement confrontée à l’esprit de groupe très marqué de ses colocataires, qui vont tenter de lui faire peur, en lui racontant le mythe d’une ancienne étudiante assassinée et dont le fantôme hante les lieux…..Mais le mythe va devenir réalité.
