Blade, un flic mi-homme mi-cyborg doit élucider une série d'enlèvements mystérieux. Un mystère complexe se révéle, alors qu'il plonge dans les enfers de la ville. En son coeur, la société Sintek et son chef, l'impitoyable et belle Elexis Sinclair. Biochimiste brillante, Sinclair ne reculera devant rien pour atteindre son but: un plan qui pourrait forcer la prochaine étape de l'évolution humaine ou mener l'humanité à la catastrophe.
