Histoire :


Lucy, adolescente souffrant d'une grave maladie cardiaque, se repose dans un hôpital londonien, attendant son opération, prévue le lendemain. Pour passer le temps, elle lit les aventures de Peter Pan et commence à s'identifier au personnage. Ainsi, tard dans la nuit, alors que son état s'aggrave, elle se met à rêver qu'elle est Wendy et que Peter Pan l'entraîne à sa suite au Pays imaginaire...
