Wah et Cheng sont les deux meilleurs officiers des forces spéciales chinoises. Après une intervention musclée couronnée de succès, Wah est mutée à Hong Kong et se sépare de son amant qui reste sur le Continent. Luttant contre un gang local de braqueurs très violents, elle a la surprise de retrouver Cheng qui lui avoue être tenté par la voie du crime et de l'argent facile.
