Quand John Lucker (Nick Van Suyt), tueur nécrophile multirécidiviste s'éveille d'un coma après avoir passé trois longues années dans un institut psychiatrique et s'en échappe, ce n'est certainement par pour se rendre à la messe ou ouvrir un magasin de fleuriste par correspondance. Plutôt pour reprendre les "affaires" là où elles s'étaient arrêté. En premier lieu, retrouver la trace de sa dernière victime, la seule à avoir su s'extirper par miracle des griffes du maniaque trois ans auparavant. Et lui faire payer cher. Très cher...
