En se concentrant sur les mouvements issus des États-Unis, qui s'appuient à la fois sur la religion et la psychiatrie pour justifier les thérapies dites de conversion, une enquête sur les conséquences dévastatrices de certaines pratiques qui semblent réussir à échapper à tout contrôle de la part des autorités publiques européennes.
