Histoire :


Lors d'un match de coupe d'Europe, Maurice Bruno, l'arbitre, siffle un penalty qui fait perdre l'équipe locale. Furieux, les supporters décident de pourchasser Maurice et sa fiancée Martine afin de se venger. De chantages en traque effrénée, l'embrasement collectif, aveugle et meurtrier déferle sur la ville. L'inspecteur Granowski est chargé de calmer les esprits mais ne peut empêcher le drame.
