Au cours d'un après-midi calme et paisible à Hong Kong, le Grande Hotel est soudainement soupçonné d'être la source de l'épidémie de COVID-19 et le Centre pour la protection de la santé ordonne que l'hôtel soit verrouillé tandis que tous les clients de l'hôtel sont forcés d'être mis en quarantaine pour 14 jours et être testés. Alors que les clients sont mis en quarantaine dans l'hôtel, cela les rapproche également en tant qu'êtres humains. Alors qu'ils ont traversé cette période difficile ensemble, ils apprennent également à chérir ce qui pourrait être leurs derniers moments de temps passés ensemble.
