Harry, le disc-jockey subversif d'une radio-pirate, met en émoi tous les étudiants du campus d'une petite ville. Son cynisme et sa rage trouvent un écho chez les collégiens frustrés. Harry tient à garder l'anonymat. Nora, jeune étudiante fascinée par la personnalité d'Harry, entreprend de découvrir sa véritable identité.
